Abstract

This resource is the transcript of a panel discussion brought about by Frank Tuerkheimer on a visit before and while he was a visiting professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. The panel was held on March 2, 2004 and the transcript was published the following year. The comments of some of the contributors have been incorporated into other articles published by the Cardozo Law Review.
