Abstract
This resource is the revised and updated version of the paper David M. Trubek wrote and read at the second workshop of the 2001 Annual Conference of ARENA, the Centre of Advanced Research on the Europeanisation of the Nation State. ARENA was established by the Norwegian Research Council.
