Abstract
Be it financial or social rehabilitation of gas victims, the Government has proved to be extremely unsuccessful and incompetent. The hiatus that has been happening between New Delhi and Bhopal in the last 10 years has unfairly benefitted Union Carbide Corporation and the "action plan" that was made to mitigate the loss of lives and money, has suffered because of it.
