Abstract
The Supreme Court of India today denied the apeal to stop hearing against Carbide in Bhopal Union District Court. The reason given to stop the hearing was that because of the case the foreigners have been refusing to buy the shares of Carbide and due to this Carbide cannot raise money that could otherwise be used for building hospitals for the victims of this case.
