Abstract
In the case of the Bhopal gas leak tragedy, the Supreme Court of India has ordered that hospitals with 500 beds should be made for the victims. This order was passed three years ago but because of conflict between the Government of India and Bhopal Hospital Trust, the Supreme Court had to intervene again.
