Abstract
Today is the tenth anniversary of the Bhopal gas tragedy. All committees, people and various state governments are celebrating the event in their own ways. After the celebrations are over, everyone will get back to their schedules but no one will ever recognize or do anything about the fact that even after ten years, the victims have not gotten medical care and treatment.
