Abstract
A seven-member London-based international tribunal has decided that Warren Anderson should be extradited to India and prosecuted for homicide in connection with the Bhopal gas tragedy. The tribunal took verbal and written testimony from specialists from around the world in regards to industrial disasters and human rights. At a press conference in Britain lower house of Parliament, there was a call that the Indian government should immediately urge the United States extradite Anderson. The tribunal also ruled that nations should stop corporations from operating in other countries that pose a danger to life, health and welfare. A group representing twenty Delhi-based organizations supporting the gas victims came to London to take part in the fourth and final hearing.
