Sustainability is not only about environmental concerns but also social ones. It is important to consider the impact that our actions have on communities and individuals. This includes issues such as human rights, inclusion, fair labor practices, volunteering employee week, job rotation, diversity of perspectives, but also race inclusion. By prioritizing sustainability in all aspects of business and society, we can create a more just world for everyone. Part III of this Handbook covers these and many more of the topics to help you with the needed knowledge, hands-on practical content, usable examples, sharing best and leading practices in the field, and suggested ways of how to get started. By embracing these social sustainability practices, we can create a better together healthier future and ensure that we involve our surroundings. This is so essential since we can’t make this change that is needed to happen alone.
